This album is the first album that Legend has worked on, but it has been marked as unofficial due to most of the songs having been arranged through MAGIX Music Maker Jam, which uses various music samples and vocals from various genres. This is probably the reason why Legend got a copyright claim on the full album video on YouTube. "The Wailing Alarm Of A Hideous Soldier" and "Falling and Falling" are the only official songs, as the programs used to arrange them grant you the ability to make your own patterns, sequences, synths, and such. "Pace (Skit)" is semi-official.
